My Order Is Not Here.

We regret that your order has not reached you on time. The reasons can vary – we are facing delays in retrieving the item, the item just went out of stock, FedEx is taking longer than usual to deliver, item lost by FedEx etc.

Please submit a ticket with your Amazon order # and someone will get back to you with a resolution within 24 hours.

I Got Another Product Than What I Ordered

We regret that you got another product instead of what you ordered. please submit a ticket with your order number and a picture of the item that you did receive. We will send you a pre-paid return label and also ship the correct item at the earliest.

Part of My Order is Not Here

If you ordered multiple cases and you received some cases (not all) then please wait for a few days. FedEx sometimes delivers cases (even under the same tracking number) on different dates. If you think it has been really very long, then please submit a ticket and we will get back to you with a resolution within 24 hours.

The Towel Has a Snag/Pull/Discoloration

This is not at all reflective of our quality standards. Please submit a ticket with the order number and a few pictures of the towels. We will send you a replacement and take the matter up with our production team to ensure that it does not happen in future.
